Your memories stay yours.
Your photos are some of the most personal things you own. Here's how we keep them safe, in plain words. Every promise links to the technical detail behind it.
What we promise

No human access
Software fixes your memories from start to finish. We have no tool for viewing your files, and our logs never record file names, dates or places.
Who can see what -
EU only
Your files are stored and fixed in the EU, on servers in Germany and Finland. Our code refuses to start a server anywhere else.
Where everything runs -
Deleted automatically
Your originals go as soon as fixing ends (at most 24 hours), your fixed files 72 hours after they're ready. Or delete everything yourself, in one tap.
Deletion schedule -
Encrypted, always
Every upload and download travels over HTTPS, and our storage encrypts every file it holds (AES-256).
What happens to a file -
No logins, no passwords
There's no account to create, and we never ask for your Snapchat password. You upload the files Snapchat sent you; we never connect to your account.
The short version -
Your link is your key
Your results open only with the private link we email you. We keep just a scrambled fingerprint of it, so even a stolen copy of our database couldn't open them.
How the private link works -
No AI. No training.
Standard media tools fix dates, places and captions. No AI looks at your photos, and nothing you upload is used to train anything.
How your files are fixed -
Your chats stay private
We only open your Memories. Messages and friends lists are never read. If you include chat photos, we check only who each chat was with, to sort them into folders.
What we open -
Add-only access
Sending to Google Photos, Google Drive or Dropbox lets us add files, not look through yours. The access is handed back the moment sending ends.

Your files go straight from your device to our storage in the EU, over HTTPS.

A server in the EU, with no way in from the internet, puts back the dates, places and captions.

Download them, or send them to Google Photos, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Originals as soon as fixing ends, fixed files after 72 hours, or straight away if you ask.
The fine print, in plain words
- Once you download your memories or send them to Google or Dropbox, those copies are yours to manage. We can't delete them for you.
- Anyone you share your private link with can see your results until they're deleted.
- Our emails travel through our email provider and yours, like any email.
