Is BackupMemories free?
Yes, it's free for now. We're running it free to find out whether it's genuinely useful to people, and if a price is ever added, you'll see it before you upload anything.
Is there a limit?
One export can be up to 100GB. That covers most people’s Memories, even after years of saving. If yours is bigger, email us at support@backupmemories.com.
Why is it free?
It’s run by one person, who pays the server costs. Keeping it free for now is the honest way to find out whether it’s worth building more of. The About page has the longer version.
What we don’t do to pay for it
We don’t show ads, sell your data or use your photos for anything other than fixing them. So the only way it’d ever pay for itself is a clear price, shown up front.
